Objectives:
Education and training for aviation technicians are intended to provide sufficient knowledge and skills as required to obtain an Air Conditioning rating with the aim that technicians have trained, skilled, and tested capabilities in handling the operation and maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and have the authority to carry out the job.

Participant Requirements:
- Minimum education Diploma III in mechanical engineering, electronic/electrical engineering, or similar in the related field
- Minimum education Diploma II in mechanical engineering, electrical with work period of 10 years in the related field
- Minimum education Diploma I in mechanical engineering, electrical with work period of 13 years in the related field
- Senior High School or equivalent in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering with a work period of 15 years in the related field
- Have a Certificate of Skilled Proficiency for Aviation Electrical
- Physically, mentally healthy, and not color blind (stated by a government doctor’s certificate)
- Recommended by a letter from the authorized official
