This Program is designed with the comparison of the implementation of 3000 hours that was trained before, and complete the additional hour to get the additional basic certificate with the approved training curriculum in addition to national and institutional Curriculum. The Basic Competency and Sub Competency are Reference according to AC 147-02
Objectives:
- Improve knowledge and ability to recognize, observing, and skill needs to the work on aircraft maintenance.
- Give learning to create a graduate qualified engineer and have practical skill in the Airframe and Engine) and/or Avionic (IERA).
- Upon attending this course, graduates are expected to have skills to identify, observe, and qualify in many different types of aircraft for maintaining and repairing.

Program Duration:
- The hour is dependent on the package that was selected in the approved training curriculum, and
- The program will be executed with a varying month according to the packaged curriculum from Monday to Friday
Training Hours:
- 8 hours per day (@ 50 minutes)
- 40 hours per week
Examination:
- Knowledge/Classroom/ CBT: Written Examination Consist multiple choice questions or essay to pass the written examination, the delegate must obtain at least 70%
- Trainer/Simulator: Simulate and Demonstrate on the Trainer by the examiner
Result: PASSED or FAILED - Workshop: Perform the task assessed by the examiner
Result: PASSED or FAILED - Aircraft Ground Laboratory: Perform the task assessed by the examiner
Result: PASSED or FAILED
Participant Requirements:
- D3/D4/S1 Teknik Elektro / Teknik Mesin graduate
- Minimum IPK 3.00 and minimum Accredited study program B.
- Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya prerequisite requirements.
- Another requirement referred to the Educational and Training Agency’s (ETA) selection guidance and system.
