Participant Requirements:
- Have a minimum education:
- Senior High School or equivalent with 15 years of work experienced
- Diploma I with 13 years of work experienced
- Diploma II with 10 years of work
- Diploma III (no work experience)
- Participants’ work experience proven by a letter statement of work experience from the head of the agency related to
- Physically and mentally healthy and no color blind
- Recommended by a letter from the official authorized
