Landside Facilities Training provides knowledge of Related Legislation, Airport, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Airport Markings and Signs, Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering, Pavement Construction, Hotmix and Concrete, Building Structure Construction, Building Maintenance, Facilities and Infrastructure, Planning, Analysis and Evaluation of Landside Facilities
Objectives:
This training for airport personnel is intended to provide proven knowledge and expertise in maintaining, repairing, analyzing, planning, and evaluating landside facilities to obtain an Expert Level Landside Facility license/rating.

Participant Requirements:
- Vocational High School majoring in building engineering, with a work period of 4 years in the field related
- Diploma I in civil engineering/architect/similar, with a service period of 2 years in the field related
- Diploma II in civil engineering/architect/similar, with a service period of 1-year in the field related
- Physically, mentally healthy and not color blind (stated by a doctor’s certificate government)
