ATC Supervisor training provides knowledge on supervisory management, ATS safety management, human factors for ATC, air traffic flow management, written accident/incident reports, and unusual/emergency situations.
Objectives:
Upon completing this course, you will be able to :
- Explain the principles of supervision activities in general
- Supervise the planning, organization, implementation of supervision, and evaluate air traffic control activities performed by the group they lead to ensure aviation safety.

- Able to explain the Safety Management to ATS Unit
- Able to explain the Fundamental Human Factors to ATC
- Able to explain the runway capacity, airspace, and procedure for assigning slots
- Able to explain accident and incident report procedures
- Able to explain the steps to be taken after an unusual situation/emergency occurs
