Requirements:
- Minimum formal education is Senior High School or equal
- Minimum age 18 years
- Have a healthy body physically, spiritually, and emotionally stable and not color blind proved by the letter Statement of Government Doctor;
- Good behavior is proved by a letter of Information on Police Records (SKCK) from the local police
- Male height at least 165 cm, proportional weight
- Female height at least 160 cm, proportional weight
- Drug-free certificate
- Recommendation letter from the authorized official or the sender’s agency
