Vision
The vision of Associate Degree in Telecommunication and Air Navigation Engineering Course is to produce competent, professional, and ethical graduates of associate in Telecommunication and Air Navigation.
Mission
- To provide education and training in order to produce graduates in Telecommunication and Air Navigation Engineering who are competent and able to compete both in national, regional, and International;
- To implement research of technology that can make an active contribution in science development in Telecommunication and Air Navigation Engineering;
- To carry out community service in Telecommunication and Air Navigation Engineering as a way of caring for social and community environment;
General Goals
Produce competent graduates for training in Civil Aviation sub-sector with a harmony / fusion of sciences, skills and expertise in supporting aviation safety according to the soul contained in Pancasila and The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
Specific Goals
Education
To produce graduates (technicians) who have a professional, prime and ethics ability in performing both routine and complex work in Telecommunication and Air Navigation Engineering, and have skills in planning and performing certain activities, solving problems with their own responsibility, as well as performing surveillance and guidance according to managerial skills.
Research and Development
To produce adaptive graduates to the development of knowledge and technology by carry out certain researches in Telecommunication and Air Navigation Engineering.
Community Service
To produce graduates who have ethics, morals, and high social life through several contributive and productive community service activities.
CURRICULUM OF AIR NAVIGATION ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE DEGREE
Graduate Profile
Profile of graduates of the Air Navigation Engineering Course are graduates who have competency standards in Aviation Navigation facilities, able to operate, maintain, repair, and analyze disturbance/damage, plan/design installations and evaluate the performance of flight navigation facilities and equipment to ensure safety, security, comfort, and smooth flight.
The Competencies
Graduate Core Competencies
- Able to complete work in Aviation Navigation (telecommunication, navigation, and surveillance) and airport electronics as well as analyze data using standardized literature methods;
- Able to perform maintenance activity according to Standard Operating Procedure to get normal equipment performance;
- Able to solve work problems in aviation navigation and airport electronics based on logical, innovative thinking and responsible for the results independently;
- Able to set written reports of disturbance/damage analysis, flight navigation facilities, and airport electronics required by related parties;
- Able to cooperate, communicate, and innovate in analyzing the interference/damage, flight navigation facilities and airport electronics required by related parties;
- Able to be responsible, supervise and evaluate in the Flight Navigation Unit for the services provided;
- Able to perform the duties as evaluator and motivator for Aviation Telecommunication Engineering personnel under his responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS OF AIR NAVIGATION ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE DEGREE
- The minimum education level is High School/Islamic High School graduate (Natural/Social Science Major) or Vocational High School graduate with majoring such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Electronics Engineering/Informatics and Aviation.
- Physically and mentally healthy, drug-free, not color blind, no tattoo. (Proven by a certificate from a government doctor)
- Well behaved (Proven by Police Certificate of Good Conduct)
- The minimum score on the report card at least 7 for English and mathematics.
