
DWIYANTO
Born in Medan, North Sumatra, on April 20, 1969. He completed his Diploma I and II education at BPLP Palembang in 1994 and 1996. He attained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. From Panca Budi University, Medan, in 2001. Furthermore, he pursued his Master’s education in the field of educational technology, earning an M.Ed. Degree from the State University of Medan in 2011.
Dwiyanto commenced his career within the Ministry of Transportation in 1991 as a staff member at the Training Center. Since that time, he has remained actively engaged in aviation vocational education, holding various significant positions, including Head of Academic Affairs, Head of Educational Cooperation Affairs, Head of General Administration Subdivision of ATKP Medan, as well as a lecturer and head of the Department of Aviation Engineering.
In 2018, he was appointed as Deputy Director III of ATKP Medan, a position he was reappointed to in 2021 and 2024. Additionally, in 2022, he served as Deputy Director II. Presently, he has resumed the role of Deputy Director III at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic since May 2024.
As a lecturer who has attained the functional position of A lecturer since 2014, Dwiyanto is recognized as an academic who actively participates in curriculum development, instructor training, and vocational higher education management. He has attended various national and international training programs in the areas of engineering, education management, information technology, and aviation auditing, including training sessions in France and the People’s Republic of China.
In recognition of his longstanding service, he has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya for 10, 20, and 30 years by the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
With over three decades of experience in aviation education along with expertise in educational technology and academic management, Dwiyanto is considered a central figure in advancing the quality of human resources and the aviation vocational education system in Indonesia.
